Step 1.

Free Discovery Call

A call for up to 1 hour to talk about your business, goals, and what you’re looking to achieve from the service. This is to see if we’re a good fit for each other, answer your initial questions and provide a ballpark quote.

Step 2.

Design Stage

Let’s plan out the specifics of your project. Where possible, providing examples, how the system will work, software you need and more. You have the option here of taking the designs and building yourself, or I can build it for you.

Step 3.

Build and implement

I set up the software, integrations, training and more. Everything you need to bring the designs to life. Providing clear check-ins/updates throughout the process so you can see it come to light.

Step 4.

Support and Upgrades

After launch, you may choose to enter into a support agreement. Covering basics such as break/fix to upgrades and more. The goal is to keep your systems running seamlessly over the long term, and ensure it continues to meet your business needs.

Why don’t you list exact prices for every service?

Every business has unique needs, systems, and workflows. The prices shown on this page are guides based on the scale of a project, but each solution is individually quoted to reflect the exact complexity and outcomes your business requires.

Even how you’ve setup your platform can change pricing, such as if you’ve customised it, or are just using the basic version.

Pricing takes into account a number of factors. At a high level they are complexity, urgency and quality.

Where possible, I provide fixed price services, as it allows me to better meet your expectations, and ensure best ROI on your investment.

Both options are available. Many clients start with a one-off project and then choose ongoing support as their systems grow. This way, you have the flexibility to get exactly what you need, without being locked into long-term contracts.

That’s completely fine, most clients aren’t sure where to begin. I’ll help you identify the right solution by understanding your pain points, current systems, and goals. From there, I’ll suggest the most cost-effective way to move forward.

Absolutely. Larger solutions can often be broken into phases, so you get quick wins early while spreading the investment over time. This staged approach also allows your team to adjust and learn as new systems are rolled out.
