Website Recovery: If your website has been hacked, broken, you can't contact the developer, or even just broke it doing some updates, I'll get you up and running again. I'll detect, diagnose, resolve and report back on what went wrong, and how we can get it back. This expands into proactive services such as upgrading software plugins (especially on platforms like WordPress) and preventing future attacks.
Domain Recovery: Have you lost access to your domain, or are you unable to contact the business that is managing it for you? This can be stressful, but it doesn't have to be. Whether it's due to accidental expiration, domain hijacking, or registrar issues, I'll help you navigate the recovery process and regain control of your domain as quickly as possible. From communicating with registrars or AUDA to verifying ownership and recovering access, we'll handle the entire process on your behalf.

Your requirements and business needs are unique. So my approach will vary accordingly. Most commonly I will approach as follows:
Initial meeting: Let's make sure I'm the right fit for your needs. I'll also use this time to make sure that I'm able to deliver on what you're looking for (no empty promises).
Design: I'll put together a proposed solution to meet the needs of what you're looking for. This allows you to feel confident as we approach the situation together and put you back in the driver's seat. Remember, it's your business, so let's make sure it's the right direction for what you.
Implementation: Building out the solution. This comes in many forms including training, software development, mediation (between multiple parties) and more.
Support: Short, medium or long term support as required.
If your website has stops working, or is having errors there can be a range of solutions. As an starting checklist:
Don't wait: Timeliness is key. The longer you wait the harder it is to recovery a lost website and/or domain.Review Recent Changes: Think about any recent updates or changes made to the website. Reverting those changes might resolve the issue.
Call your hosting provider: It might be a simple fix that they can resolve over the phone.
Check for known outages: If your website is inaccessible, it might be because your website hosting is down. Check with your hosting provider.
Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache and try accessing the website again. If unsure, another way to test this is to use a private/incognito window.

Pricing can vary. Hourly rate services can range from $100-400 per hour (depending on location, time and urgency).
Most services however are fixed cost and quoted prior to the service commencement.
I'm work full time as a developer lead in Wollongong, NSW. As I work full time, my support is limited to after hours only.
Under some circumstances I'm able to work around these requirements but assume that this isn't the case.
